Jamesia Elaine affectionately known as JE is an entrepreneur, speaker, trainer, consultant and rising authority in Inspirational leadership, women’s empowerment, retention strategist & Christian Entrepreneur coach. JE has been speaking since the age of 15, as a radio personality at WKDX in Hamlet, NC she was afforded many opportunities to speak to youth and young adults. She continued to be a relevant and recognizable voice in college as a radio personally at WNAA in Greensboro, NC.

Through her coaching and development company, Elevate with JE, she provides high level coaching, training, consulting, engaging workshops and mentorship. JE is highly engaged in her community through boards and monthly groups. JE is particularly passionate about inspirational leadership, women’s empowerment and business development focusing on both staff and client retention. JE is a certified trainer in the Bridges out of Poverty Framework and Getting Ahead.

JE is a North Carolina native and holds an Associate degree in Ministry from Virginia University of Lynchburg, a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications from NCA&T and Master of Science in Marketing and Business administration from Walden University.
